All trees, shrubs, perennials & grasses are 100% guaranteed for the current growing season (April - October).
Warranty Conditions
- Proof of purchase is required
- Proper planting, care & maintenance must be followed
- Consistent watering is required, especially in dry periods
- A planting & care pamphlet will be provided at time of purchase
Warranty is void if
- No proof of purchase is provided
- Installed by a third party
- Damage from insects, disease, animals, or natural events (drought, frost, flooding, storms)

Marshall's Nursery Planting & Care Guide
Planting
- Dig hole 2× as wide as root ball, same depth
- Keep plant level with ground (not too deep)
- Backfill soil and pack gently
- Water thoroughly after planting
Watering
- Water deeply and regularly
- Keep soil moist, not soaked
- Check daily in hot weather
Sun & Location
- Follow plant tag for sun or shade needs
- Protect from strong wind if needed
Ongoing Care
- Add mulch to retain moisture (keep away from trunk)
- Remove dead or damaged branches
- Fertilize during growing season if needed
Seasonal Tip
- Water well into fall until ground freezes
- Add mulch to protect roots over winter
